Work Ethic #1 - Character

When I think about character, I think about an individual personality. Character is something that is needed in the workplace to guarantee success. The way you act and perform can help you gain trust from someone or let someone know if you are responsible. It can also gain respect because respect is earned. When it comes to character, I need to work on being more respectful toward people that is not respectful toward me because this is a hard task because my mom always taught me that respect is earned.

Hello all! My name is Anita Sheffield and I am a mother of five children, one son and four daughters. I have been married to my husband and the father of my children for 45 years. I am also the proud grandmother of 15 grandchildren in which three are gone home to be with the Lord. I am working on my Medical Technology major in which I plan to graduate with a degree in this semester on April 30. During my free time, I like attend Cypress Freewill Baptist Church in Boykin GA on every 1st and 3rd Sunday. I am the secretary of the church and I love singing in the choir also!
